30 Years ago we were founded by two hoteliers who really helped to forge our service proposition. Because we understand hospitality better, we provide an unrivalled support to brands such as Holiday Inn, Days Inn and IHG.
At present we serve companies all around the North of England. Our main areas of coverage are Lancashire, Merseyside, Manchester, Cheshire, North Wales and Cumbria as well as Blackpool and the local area.
We can also offer a national service through the NLG network.
We operate a modern fleet of eight 3.5 tonne vans under a strict maintenance program and covered by breakdown services, all long distance vehicles are replaced after 3 years.
Quality is also externally verified by the Laundry Technology Centre (LTC) via quarterly test piece benchmarking. Once the tests are completed they are analysed for chemical damage, whiteness maintenance, fluorescence, rinse efficiency and residual iron as well as stain removal.
A report is then received and a scoring system shows performance levels and any areas of concern or improvement. We are pleased to have consistently scored highly in these tests.
